The Stakeholder Advisory Committee (SHAC) reserves the fourth Wednesday of the month from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 for potential meeting dates, depending on the amount information that needs to be discussed. The SHAC meets in-person with a Zoom option to view the meeting. Public comment must be either in-person or via email at vinagsapubliccomments@chicoca.gov. To access the meeting via Zoom refer to th login information below, on the calendar, or agenda.

The SHAC currently meets at the Butte County Library, Chico Branch - 1108 Sherman Avenue, Chico, CA 95926. Although the meeting date, time, and location is subject to change depending on space availability.
