The Vina GSA is evaluating groundwater recharge opportunities in the Vina Subbasin through SGM grant-funded studies and field investigations. As part of this effort, the GSA is conducting a Legal Implications of Recharge Analysis to better understand the legal and regulatory considerations associated with actively managing groundwater recharge.

This work will help inform future recharge planning, project development, and implementation strategies to support sustainable groundwater management in the Subbasin.
