The formal public comment period for the Draft Periodic Evaluation closed on October 26, 2026. Any email comments submitted after October 26th will continue to be forwarded to the Vina GSA and Rock Creek Reclamation District GSA Boards for their consideration through the approval of the Periodic Evaluation and adoption of the Amended GSP. Although late comments will not be included in the summary prepared for the Boards during the approval process, they will be compiled into an attachment and submitted to DWR along with the Amended GSP.

Once the Periodic Evaluation and Amended GSP are submitted to DWR, comments can be made directly to DWR through the SGMA Portal - Sustainable Groundwater Management Act (SGMA) Portal - Department of Water Resources.
