The Vina GSA Board is looking to fill upcoming vacant seats on the Stakeholder Advisory Committee (SHAC). The following positions will be appointed or reappointed at the next regular Vina GSA Board Meeting:

• Agricultural Groundwater Users, 2 positions (4 year term)
• Domestic Well Users, 1 position (1 year term, expires 2025)
• Environmental Representative, 1 position (4 year term)
• Business Association Representative, 1 position (4 year term)
• Non-irrigated/Rangeland Representative, 1 position (4 year term)

Interested applicants need to complete and submit an application (provided below) for consideration for appointment to the Vina GSA SHAC. The Vina GSA Board is responsible for these appointments as further described in the Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement (JPA) Establishing the Vina Groundwater Sustainability Agency and the Vina GSA Advisory Committee Charter (amended on October 11, 2023). Applications for all open SHAC positions are still being accepted and are due by 12:00 p.m. on March 1, 2024.
